We are committed to happy customers, but we get it – sometimes it just doesn’t work out. Whether you didn’t like it, or it didn’t work as expected, we’ll try to make it right. If you’d like to make an exchange or return, here’s what you need to know.

You have up to 30 days after purchase to exchange or return, unless noted in our exceptions below, and we will refund the purchase price to the original form of payment. Purchases made with a gift card will be refunded as Merchandise Credit. 



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/refund.

If you are approved, then you can nominate a product exchange or refund and we'll process it. We'll send you a new product or a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4 business days after we get the item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Clearance Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, clearance sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return. 

Return Exceptions

  • Smart Home Technology - Smart home thermostats, smart security & safety and smart doorbell products, etc.
  • Seasonal Items - Patio furniture, grills, holiday products and décor, etc. 
  • Electrics - Small kitchen appliances, soda machines, robotic vacuums, baby monitoring devices and personal care appliances, etc.
  • Air Mattresses - New and unopened air mattresses may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Baby, Toddler and Maternity

  • Clothing - Baby, toddler and maternity clothing that is new, unused and has all tags.
  • Car Seats and Strollers - Car seats and strollers in new and unused condition with all original packaging, warranty and registration information included.
  • Breast Pumps - Breast pumps that are unused, unopened and in original sealed packaging.
  • Seating and Activity Items - Pack n plays, swings, high chairs, bouncers, baby seats, and walkers/entertainers must be returned in new and unused condition with all original packaging.
  • All above mentioned can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase.

    Sexual Products

    Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products.

    This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. However, we do not take back items simply because they did not sell, nor do we offer consignment, as we do not re-sell products.

    This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Vibrators And Dildos
    • Douche/Enema Kits
    • Anal Toys, Beads And Plugs
    • Cock And Ball Devices, Cock Rings And Cock Sleeves
    • Gags And Ropes
    • Lingerie And Men's Wear

    Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned. Lubes, massage oils, condoms, body paints and body jewelry are also not returnable.
